This traditional village pub set in the heart of stunning Bronte country is ideally located for walkers and visitors to Haworth and the surrounding area and has been welcoming folk since 1763.

Set in the farming village of Stanbury on the circular Bronte Walk to Top Withins and the Bronte Falls and overlooking the Worth Valley we enjoy unrivalled views which can be enjoyed to the full from our beer garden in fine weather or you can stay warm beside our log stoves when it turns chilly.

Our spectacular
rural views can now be enjoyed from our new campsite. This secluded field behind the pub is perfect for families, groups and solo walkers. We have toilet and shower facilities available 24 hours and the convenience of having a pub on your doorstep while retaining a wild camping feel. It is ideally located for walkers just off both the Pennine and Milleneum Ways and for tourists just a mile and a half from Haworth. In addition to our standard food service times we can provide packed lunches and breakfast by arrangement.

We are happy to welcome well behaved dogs in the bar and back room and have dog bowls so Fido can have a drink too!
Free wireless internet is available, just ask for the password at the bar and we also have a public console if you prefer.
